  Conditions:

  • Applicable in all Snow EAF Resorts
  • Applicable from 5 days before arrival at the Resort and throughout the stay
  • As soon as 50% of the number of ski lifts in operation are closed due to lack of snow, for at least 2 consecutive days
  • The same accommodation category is not guaranteed.
  • In case of a Resort change: the transfer cost is the responsibility of the client.
  • To validate the application of the Snow Serenity policy, the GM must accept the new stay proposal in writing.
  • If the new stay is more expensive: no additional charge to pay.
  • If the new stay is cheaper: the difference will be refunded by voucher.
